Town Clerk ~ Tax Collector
After little to no DMV rate increases over the past 25 years, in 2025, the state legislature voted to increase NH DMV motor vehicle fees across nearly all categories of transactions. These new state rates go into effect January 1, 2026. December motor vehicle registrations are reminded that they must complete their renewal before the end of the year. Any 2025 renewals processed on or after January 1 will be subject to the new state fees. The local fees are not impacted by these changes. Those will continue to be calculated based on age and MSRP.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM & closed the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Step on up to one of our windows, if the shade is up we are open!
We will be continuing to use the white drop box for transactions. If you want to pick up your registrations or dog licenses, please indicate that on your envelope along with a phone number for us to call when it is ready.
