MEETING NOTICE

The Planning Board will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the
Barnstead Town Hall to discuss the following:
a. Continuation: Carl Anderson of 108 Berry Pond Rd, Pittsfield, NH proposes to
submit to the Planning Board the following application for a Minor Subdivision
located at Oxbow Rd, Map 10, Lot 27. If the application is accepted, the applicant
proposed to subdivide this parcel into 3 lots. Public hearing to follow.
b. Continuation: Dori B. Lefebvre of 124 Parkey Rd, Barnstead, NH proposes to
submit to the Planning Board the following application for a Minor Subdivision
located at Parkey Rd, Map 5, Lot 2.1. If the application is accepted, the applicant
proposed to subdivide this parcel into 3 lots. Public hearing to follow.
c. Henderson Family Trust of Map 31, Lot 8 and Lakelands Improvement
Association of Map 31, Lot 3 proposes to submit to the Planning Board the
following application for a Minor Lot Line Adjustment. If the application is
accepted as complete a public hearing will follow.
