3. Are you in favor of the adoption of question #3, amending
the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Barnstead, NH, as proposed by the Planning Board, as follows:
To amend Article 4-2.03 of the Zoning Ordinance to require contiguous frontage.

the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Barnstead, NH, as proposed by the Planning Board, as follows:
To revise Article 7-7.01 of the Zoning Ordinance which now reads: reflect the recommendations of the publication “Storm Water Management and Erosion and Sediment
Control Handbook for Urban and Developing Areas in New Hampshire” prepared by the Rockingham County Conservation District, prepared for the Department of Environmental
Services in cooperation with the USDA Soil Conservation Services, August, 1992. To read: All construction
and/or development activities shall incorporate design standards for erosion and sedimentation control which at a minimum reflect the requirements set forth in the Town of Barnstead Subdivision Regulations and Site Plan Review Regulation. Passed
5. Are you in favor of the adoption of question #5, amending
the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Barnstead, NH, submitted by petition, as follows:
To amend Article 14-3 of the Zoning Ordinance to change
the Aquifer Recharge District to Aquifer Recharge and Wellhead Protection District and to make extensive changes to the requirements.
