PLEASE CALL FOR THE FOLLOWING INSPECTIONS

Please Note:  Re-inspection fee is $25

• SITE:   The inspection includes review of property lines, setbacks, location of foundation, septic, and driveway.
• FOOTINGS:   The inspection includes checking for rebar. Vertical: 4' OC, Horizontal: 1 top, 1 bottom.  Inspection before pouring concrete.
• FOUNDATION:  The inspection includes checking for j bolts within 6” of corners and every six feet.  Vertical: 1 on each side of each corner; Horizontal:  1 top, 1 bottom.  Inspection before pouring concrete and after damp proof.
• SLAB:   Minimum 3.5” thick.  The inspection includes checking for j bolts within 6” of corners and every six feet.  Slab-Integral footing.  Rebar, Horizontal: 1 top, 1 bottom
• TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL PANEL:   The inspection includes checking for panel-post mounted, ground rods, and GFCI's in-use covers
• FRAMING:   The inspection includes checking structure, timber sizing, stair tread to ceiling clearances, stair tread and riser sizing, wind bracing, rafter bracing, interior framing, and attic access
• ROUGH ELECTRICAL:   The inspection includes checking all rough-in wiring and panel located with main at a maximum of 6'7”.
• ROUGH PLUMBING:   The inspection includes checking all rough-in plumbing, framing modifications, and pressure tests.
• INSULATION:  The inspection includes checking all required insulation above, below & around heated areas.
• ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENTRANCE:   Includes two ground rods, meter located at 5' O/C and SE cable to panel
• FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY:   A minimum of the following will be checked

                Mechanical:   Includes heating system, emergency off-switch function and location,

                      safety check and function of devices

                Smoke detectors:   Includes testing and location of heads

                Electrical:  Includes water temperature, location and installation of all pipes, vents and

                      drains through foundation wall

                Safety:  Includes railings, stairs, decks, exits, window sizes
