ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TOWN OF BARNSTEAD

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2008 at the Barnstead Town Hall concerning the following requests:

CASE No. 0308-187 Continuation: Scott and Jessica Morton, 221 Parade Road, Map 2, Lot 61-2 are requesting a variance to Article 4, Section 4-2.05 to build a detached garage with a side setback less than the 30’ minimum required by the Town of Barnstead Zoning Ordinance.

CASE No. 0408-188: Ronald and Stella Grenier, 15 Belmont Drive, Map 44, Lot 26A are requesting a variance to Article 4, Section 4-2.06 in the Town of Barnstead Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes to construct a 10’ x 24’ deck to their home, which will not meet the minimum 50’ setback from the high water mark as required in the Zoning Ordinance.

You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
