To the Editor:

Citizens of Barnstead, please don’t allow Barnstead Old Home Day to be cancelled this year!

Old Home Day is a day for family fun, friendship and community.  This is an important event for our town.

We need help if we are going to be able to make Old Home Day 2008 happen.  We currently don’t have enough Old Home Day Committee members to organize this year’s event.  If this event is important to you and your family, if you believe this event is important to our community, YOU need to get involved to help make it happen.

Our small group is well organized and we can provide you with specific descriptions of what you can do to help.  Please join us at our next meeting on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at Barnstead Town Hall.  If you are unable to attend this meeting, please call me at 435-6692 for more information.
